Klunk & Millan wins Gold Aster Award

Sylva, North Carolina—Klunk & Millan was the recent recipient of a Gold Aster Award, a national medical marketing award. The award was presented to Klunk & Millan for the design and production of Good Shepherd’s Sweet Charity, a bi-monthly publication focused on the rehabilitation provider’s latest success stories, happenings within the Good Shepherd organization, and new advancements in rehabilitation.

“Klunk & Millan exhibited outstanding excellence in healthcare marketing, scoring in the top five percent of the judging process,” said Randy Lucas, corporate director of the Aster Awards. “It was an honor to have Klunk & Millan participate in this year’s competition, producing such world-class marketing materials.”

America’s fastest-growing medical advertising awards program, the Aster Awards allows healthcare organizations and advertising agencies to compete against similarly sized competitors from across the nation. This year’s contest included over 2,500 entries, which were judged on creativity, layout and design, typography, production quality, knowledge transfer, and overall excellence.

The Aster Awards are hosted by Creative Images, Inc., an internationally recognized firm that has specialized in strategic healthcare marketing for more than 11 years.
