Lehigh Valley SoccerFest Returns to SteelStacks in 2018

The popular Lehigh Valley SoccerFest & Viewing Party returns to Bethlehem’s SteelStacks in 2018 to live-stream all the action from World Cup Russia.

Starting June 2018, SteelStacks will air all of the matches from Russia on the campus’ giant outdoor screens and feature a family friendly and soccer-themed festival with live music, arts and soccer clinics, including a free soccer clinic.

Nick Swartz, our new director of Brand Strategy, is one of the founding members of the original 2014 Lehigh Valley SoccerFest and FIFA World Cup Viewing Party and will continue to be part of the planning committee for the 2018 festival.

“While everyone is disappointed that the U.S. didn’t make the tournament, it’s an opportunity for the festival to shift to a more worldly focus and celebrate the sport with the rest of the world," said Swartz. "One thing’s for sure, it’s going to be one of the most unique Official FIFA World Cup Viewing Parties anywhere!”

As additional details on the Lehigh Valley SoccerFest become available over the coming months, we’ll be sure to keep you informed. In the meantime, be sure to check out www.discoverlehighvalley.com/soccerfest.
