Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist

Klunk & Millan Advertising, located in Allentown, PA, is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team, supporting clients in healthcare, attractions, manufacturing, and more.

This position is hybrid with in-office/remote schedule.

Job Description

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and body copy to improve search engine visibility and user experience
  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary website optimizations to enhance site performance and indexing
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and remedy technical issues related to SEO
  • Collaborate with web development, design, and content writing teams to ensure SEO best practices followed
  • Continuously monitor for latest updates and changes to organic search algorithms and ranking factors, and communicate necessary changes both to internal team and to clients
  • Collaborate with digital team to create content for client websites, landing pages, and social media posts
  • Assist digital marketing analyst with ongoing campaign reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Support account managers to help keep active projects on schedule

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to use the following tools:
    • SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent SEO software
    • Screaming Frog or equivalent website crawler
    • Google Analytics (including GA4)
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
    • WordPress CMS (including Yoast SEO plugin)
