Media Planner/Buyer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Media Team in the development of paid media campaigns, negotiating, and analytics
  • Research media options during planning process
  • Execute client-approved media buys for multiple Agency clients
  • Negotiate, placement and stewardship of media
  • Evaluates potential delivery of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively drive KPIs
  • Negotiate the best rates and packages for the client
  • Works with media sales representatives to develop customized programs that meet client budgets
  • Maintains all media buys and is integral in the post-buy analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of the Agency’s media buying software is a plus
  • Source and communicate the ad material specifications and deadlines for all tactics within an approved plan to the Traffic Manager
  • Work as part of the integrated media planning group, applying both digital and traditional media solutions
  • Work with team to deliver campaign metrics and, at campaign close, provide summaries of execution and analysis of performance

Requirements

  • A four-year degree
  • 3 – 6 Years’ experience in a media department/advertising agency
  • Experience in the research, planning, and execution of offline and digital media
  • Experience and working knowledge of media research tools and software a plus
  • Agency uses Bionic media buying software
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline-driven environment

Paid Social Media Specialist

The Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist will create, execute, manage, and measure paid social media strategies for clients across a range of B2B and B2C industries, including medical device, healthcare and other regulated industries, industrial manufacturing, events & attractions, consumer goods, etc.

This position requires exhaustive knowledge of social media advertising platforms, tactics, ad types, and configuration settings. This also includes an ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform campaign and ads account setup for clients, and stay current on updates and changes such as new feature sets, deprecated reporting, and privacy concerns (i.e. implications of iOS 14.5 update).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms
  • Lead in ongoing campaign optimization for all digital channels, including but not limited to:
  • Making creative changes based upon performance
  • Updating audience targeting parameters
  • Using analytics tools to determine improvement areas
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, including ad creative rejection
  • Interface and collaborate with platform representatives and support teams

Present campaign results to clients, providing necessary context and analysis to derive actionable insights from paid social media efforts and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising, social media, or related field
  • Hands-on expertise with social media and digital marketing platforms, as specified above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with client teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify digital marketing campaign trends/target audience preferences, and make subsequent recommendations
  • Any relevant platform qualifications/certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, etc.) a plus

Advertising Traffic Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creative materials between client and in-house creative departments
  • Work closely with creative team, media planners, and account managers to prepare spec sheets across all channels (Print, Broadcast, Outdoor, Digital, Social, Experiential) for B2C and B2B clients
  • Report on all paid media monthly and/or quarterly for all clients
  • Responsible for keeping the team on task and on time for deadlines
  • Proactive thinking of potential problems and materials needed, to ensure all deadlines are me
  • Cross reference insertion orders/media plans with already reserved placements to ensure there isn’t overlap
  • Review creative for any issues
  • Manage day-to-day changes, spec adjustments, and deadlines for materials due for multiple client
  • Maintain and develop good working relationships with all media reps, clients and co-workers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Bionic Planning Management a plus
  • Efficient time management, including maintaining up-to-date time sheets

Experience & Skills

  • At least 1-3 years professional work experience in media/advertising or related field
  • Associate's degree required; major area of study in advertising, communications, marketing, business, or other related coursework preferred
